DVAC II Industrial Vacuum

Overview

Capture weld fumes at source with the DVAC II. This portable weld fume source capture vacuum can connect directly to weld fume guns. The portable vacuum can also be connected directly to rotary sanders or used as a housekeeping vacuum to clean the shop. Welding fumes and dust are eliminated at source to comply with all OSHA air quality guidelines.

The portable vacuum uses a 1400 watt 2.5 HP motor with 110” of static pressure and 103 CFM of airflow to easily remove weld fumes and airborne dust. The motor housing is baffled and insulated to reduce noise levels for quiet operation. The cyclonic filtration system pre-filters larger particles and a high efficiency filter cartridge removes fine dust and fume from the shop air.

An optional HEPA afterfilter is available with a filtration efficiency of 99.97% at .3 micron for sub-micron contaminants. Diversitech can provide vacuum tools, adapters, and cleaning tools for every industrial application.
